Handmade pieces
Every piece is painted by hand. Colours, brushwork and gold lines will differ from the photos, and from any other piece. These differences are part of the design and are not faults.
All pieces are decorative only. They are not food safe, dishwasher safe or microwave safe, and vases should only hold dried flowers.
Orders and payment
Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch within [number] working days. Each piece is wrapped and packed with care. If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.
Returns and cancellations
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us through the contact page, then return the piece unused and in its original packaging within a further 14 days. We refund the price of the piece and standard delivery within 14 days of getting it back. Return postage is paid by you unless the piece was faulty.
Personalised or commissioned pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by using a piece for anything other than decoration.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also keep the protection of the laws where you live.
