Kintsugi is the Japanese practice of mending broken pottery with gold, so the repair becomes the most beautiful part of the piece. These bowls borrow that idea. Each one is painted by hand on unglazed ceramic, then finished with gold seams traced one line at a time, so no two bowls share the same pattern.
