Changed your mind
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Let us know through the contact page, then send the piece back unused and in its original packaging within a further 14 days.
We refund the price of the piece and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving it back, to your original payment method. Return postage is paid by you, so we recommend a tracked service.
Arrived damaged
Ceramics are fragile, and very occasionally one breaks in transit. Email us a photo of the piece and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including postage.
What cannot be returned
Personalised and commissioned pieces are made just for you, so they can only be returned if they are faulty. Differences in brushwork and gold lines are part of every handmade piece and are not faults.
